My sister and I recently visited Rosario Pamanang Panlasa in Quezon City for lunch. Among the dishes we ordered was the Special Bulalo (USD 21), which looked absolutely scrumptious. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as tender as we had expected, especially at that price point and with that level of presentation. At least the dish was well-seasoned and flavorful.
We were also able to raise our concern with management through an online survey offered at checkout, and they said they would pass our feedback along to the kitchen.
