It looks like a ride, but it’s not. That structure is the Moku Moku Waku Waku Yokohama Yo Yo, often shortened to Yokohama Yo Yo. It is a large stainless-steel public art sculpture in Minato Mirai 21, located around the Queen’s Square / Landmark Plaza area. It was created by Japanese artist Hisayuki Mogami and is known for its roller-coaster-like loops and tracks.
